How Replico approaches security
Integration Security
Replico connects to third-party platforms through authorized APIs. For production CRM integrations, Replico intends to use OAuth-based authorization where supported.
Access Control
Access to Replico systems and connected services is restricted to authorized users and services.
Human-Controlled CRM Actions
Replico is designed to require human approval before creating CRM tasks. The initial product does not automatically delete, merge, reassign, or modify CRM records.
Auditability
Replico is designed to maintain records of important system actions so that CRM-related activity can be reviewed and traced.
Monitoring
Replico is building application monitoring and error-handling capabilities as the platform progresses toward production.
Security & Compliance.
Replico is currently developing its production security and compliance program. Specific
security controls, retention policies, and compliance requirements will be finalized
before general customer availability.
Replico AI does not hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR or CCPA certification, and has not completed a third-party penetration test or security audit. We will state such milestones here only once they have actually been completed. Security questions during a vendor review are welcome — contact us.
